What are the rental fees?

The rate for one full cottage is $900 plus tax per night. You may also rent 3 rooms for $625 plus tax per night or a single guest suite for $275 plus tax per night.

What other expenses may we incur on our visit?

Your cottage room rate is for the use of the cottage and carts that are staged at the cottage. All food and beverage and recreational activities have a la carte pricing so that you can modify your experience to meet your expectations.

Can children stay with me at The Village?

No children under the age of 21 are permitted to stay in the cottages; however children are welcomed to play golf. A parent must accompany children under the age of 21. Children are considered to be guests of the Member and will be governed by all rules. Children must remain within control of their parents while on property.


Can we bring pets?

No pets of any size are permitted on property.

Can we hold meetings at our cottage?

The cottage dining rooms in Pine Valley and Augusta National are ideal for meeting up to 8 people. The club will provide basic meeting supplies such as flip charts and marker, as well as a projection screen. Members staying in St. Andrews or Ballybunion or a meeting consisting of more than 8 people would have to have meetings on back patio at clubhouse.

Can nonmembers rent the cottages?

Unaccompanied guests may not stay overnight in the cottages and they must be accompanied by a member to use any of the facilities on Whispering Pines Golf Club® property.

Can I stay in a cottage on a Monday night?

Yes, a member can stay on a Monday night only if they reserve all four cottages for Monday night and bring 32 people. (We only reserve 1 Monday a month for an event or outing per season.)

Can I stay in a cottage on a Tuesday night?

No, we no longer accept Tuesday night stays.

Why would a Member see RED for Mondays and Tuesdays when looking at the Cottage Availability Calendar on the website?

Red dates signify that we do not have that date available for members and guests due to one of the following situations:
1. We only reserve 1 Monday a month for an event or outing per season. So, a member must have already booked that date in advance.
                                                                 OR
2. Our Maintenance Staff needs that specific date to prepare the course for the upcoming week.
                                                                 OR
3. Special Events such as the Texas Women’s Cup, Big 12 Championships, and the Spirit are reserved in advance.
